Airports should establish and facilitate a re-union area inside or outside the passengers’ terminals to assist passengers and their families during the initial hours of a disaster.
This area should be away from the media. Police Officers should be used to secure the area from the public. Red Crescent members should be included as they can provide mental healthandhealthservices forfamilies.
