Licenses Conversion Requirements

Licenses Conversion Requirements (Reference AC-28 -04-003)

• Foreign Commercial Pilot License (CPL) Conversion Application Form.
• Copy of valid foreign Commercial Pilot License
• Valid Type/Class/Instrument rating
• Valid ICAO English language proficiency at least level 4 (If holding Type Rating or instrument rating)
• Copy of valid foreign medical certificate class 1
• Original Log Book
• Copy of valid passport
• One photo
• After CARC initial approval:

1.  JCAR theoretical examinations result
2. Copy of JCAR Medical Certificate class 1.
3. Copy of JCAR English language proficiency at least level 4. (If holding Type Rating or instrument rating)

• After the conduct of Type/Class & instrument rating skill test:

1. Type/Class rating Skill Test Report.
2. Instrument Rating Skill Test Report if not combined with Type/Class rating Skill Test (If holding IR)
